After my Aunt's suggestion, I agreed it would be a good idea to start a blog about Doug and I, and whats going on with us so we can share it with our family and friends on here. So here's a quick update on the happenings over on our side of the globe... I FINALLY got to welcome Doug home after a 15 month deployment last week! It was an incredibly long time apart, but we're super elated to be together again. Now we're just enjoying our time together and having fun exploring Germany. We're really REALLY looking forward to our vacation time in December. Doug will have 5 (much deserved) weeks off work, and we're planning a 10 day trip to Cape Town & Port Elizabeth in South Africa, and also another week trip to Rome =) We are definitely PUMPED about them, to say the least!!!So, thats basically all thats new with us right now. I'll try to update this as much as possible so we can keep in touch with everyone, and feel free to leave us comments !!

Great idea with the blog. If you go to even half the places Nick and Jo-Ann went while they were over there, you should have plenty to keep up amazed with! You both deserve to have some fun, so go for it!
